What's wrong with Gibson? I know he's not world class but he looks promising - and these are the perfect kind of games to give him a run out. Neville at CB is scarier IMO.
I agree that Gibson looks a lot better in the middle than stuck wide, but to be honest I'm expecting more of a 4-3-3:
