The kid sure is a fighter! Very interesting lineup, no one predicted that one! Glad that Evra is being rested mind, playing 12 games in a row is a massive ask.
 
Anderson on the bench eh? Good news, particularly with some of the rumours about the severity of his injury.

Get some minutes and he could be in contention for midweek.

Great bench!

Only thing about our side, especially as we have 3 forwards starting, is that Carrick and Scholes play in the middle of the park. Lack of real defensive qualities there, we may lose the middle of the park if Sunderland close down and limit space for our pair.

Because that is still better then playing with a winger who can beat his man and shoots from anywhere thinking he has a chance...

Don't be fooled by a run of poor form. When on top of his game, Carrick is fantastic at controlling the middle of the pitch.
