dissapointed with the result but I still that Fergie made the right decision. Many players needed a good rest ahead of a fully packed schedule.

As for the younger ones, I thought they did well and Wellbeck was a bit unlucky not to score. I was also impressed by Rafael.

Criticize his performance, fair enough. Blaming his penalty for the defeat is OTT and childish.

Just need to vent their frustrations, I feel.

Someone was going to miss. I think he was trying to roll it into the middle of the goal after seeing the keeper move to the left.

Don't be daft.

It's because of his general attitude throughout the season. Pisses you off after a while - but no one wanted him to miss.

He's still a United player and if he shows a bit of effort, even if it doesn't come off, he'll be in favour.
 
the boys played well, we could have won it, Tevez was average today, you cant keep him on the bench for looots of time, then ask him to perform 120 minutes, he was average also against Spurs in the league cup final, looks very frustrated even not interested something we are not used to see from him.

I think it goes beyond that if i am being honest, it seems United fans are happy if he misses just so they can have a go at him! When he came on i thought we looked much more deadly in the final third, but people dont see this just that he missed and sharpen up their blades!

Sad truth is had Tevez missed we would still praise him (even though he didnt have the best of games) but Berba misses and had a impact when he came on gets slated... Get behind the team also means get behind the players!
 
I am so pissed...I cannot understand why Sir Alex would play such a young team. They worked their butts off all season to get to the semis and then he sends the kids in to win it. So all the hard work prior to this game was for nothing. He should have played Rooney or Ronaldo at half time at least. And that penalty from Berbatov was not acceptable at all...to hell with his style...its a penalty not kick ball with your mate

Add Rooney to that starting XI and we'd have won. We just lacked some cutting edge and urgency. It was a good team.
