I'm not so sure that not having Alves weakens they defense, you could argue that Puyol who's likely to replace at right full back is a better defender that Alves.

I fully expect us to be tight and break on the counter, its how we played against them last year and its how Chelsea played and should have got through truth be told.

If we go toe-to-toe I think we'll lose as they'll be space for them to exploit, keep it tight and break when we can and we've got a fantastic chance!

Well if you look at the players that we will need on the bench its easy.... Nani... But I think that Fergie will put Neville because even he deserves more to be on the bench then nani....

Its not about who deserves it its about who can have some impact off the bench, and Nanis been hit and miss agreed but i would rather see him come on than Neville. I mean Nev vs Henry? :nervous:

Agree.

That's why Park didn't even sit on the bench last year. We needed to have one goalkeeper, two defenders and four other players - Anderson, Nani, Giggs and Fletcher. Anderson and Nani are good in penalty-kicks and can change our game, Giggsy is Giggsy and Fletcher is a player who run a lot in the centre of midfield and can pass the ball nicely.

Nani was in a good form and he would be a good option to come on the pitch if United were a goal down to Chelsea. We really weren't so desperate to pick two wingers on the bench.

Fergir has already categorically stated that O'Shea will start. Brown might make the bench.

Everyone has got park to start but saf said he would be in the squad but would have a decision to make whether he starts, the papers picked this up and have picked the team for saf. basically we havent got a clue on the team, there will be at least one suprise.

People have got Park to start because he wouldn't make as big an impact as other players coming from the bench.
 
Big question for me is whether Giggs start or not, and if Ando scores or not.

I've tried a thousand times to try and watch a delayed game and have NEVER succeeded in doing so.
 
I'm watching ours and Barcas run to the final and they are very suspect on set pieces and crosses/long balls. Wimbeldon them to death I say. I think we can win this.
