For the following reasons:
1) He hardly plays consistantly, the captain should be playing in every game
2) He should set the example to follow, sort of how Fletcher does.
3) He should act, so to maintain the standards of the club. I.e. no diving.
I think Portsmouth should be allowed another penalty for their enthusiasm.
