is vidic fit though - didn't he pull out of squad after warm up?
not a hope in hell...fergie after todays match "most of the players today wont play on wednesday" so you can rule the front 2 out for starters...vidic seems to have gone awol and giggs is a shoe in for the weekend and wont play twice in 3 days so that rules him out.
Itll be a mixture of youth/reserves and the odd first teamer.
awol??
Fergie was asked after the match about what happened to Vidic an hour before kick off...he replied after a deep sigh "i honestly couldnt tell you, i couldnt tell you at all"...now that sounds very concerning.
Yes, he went to Manchester airport, boarded a plane and is about to be paraded for Real any moment now, get a fecking grip![]()
Did i say that? no thats right i didnt...so shut up...
What i actually meant by concerning is if it were an injury why not say so? something appears to have happened that even our manager dosnt know the reason behind...Personal issues maybe? serious injury? dont know but its unlike fergie to say something like that....he appeared totaly clueless as to why Vidic pulled out of the match.
Didn't you say he'd gone Awol?
Reading what Fergie said, I'd be inclined to think that Vidic pulled up with something and Fergie, having had enough of injuries, replied with a fed up remark. You're making ridiculous remarks about Vidic going awol or something like that.
Trying to force a move to Madrid.Well he has gone awol...hes pulled out of a game less than an hour before kick off and no one not even our own manager knows why....id be inclined to think it was either a personal family issue or injury related off course.....i wasnt trying to imply he was leaving or anything ridiculous like that but ive never heard fergie say such things about a player before....all seems very odd dosnt it? surely fergie could have just said he injured himself in the warm up?
Trying to force a move to Madrid.
Nah....his daughters got chicken pox.
Which can only be cured in Madrid.
Its his daughters 'dream' to be cured in a Madrid hospital?
Apparently.

Taken from the official website:
Named on the teamsheet as a starter, the Serbian was subsequently not on the pitch when the sides kicked off, after reporting a problem during the warm-up.
When Fergie replied 'I couldn't tell you', it comes across as a very fed up remark towards the injuries we've had lately. It seems Vidic had a problem during the warm up and was replaced in the squad.
Apparently Mike Phelan has said Vidic couldnt play becasue he felt something not right in his body..........Paella?![]()
Thats good news then....if Fergie had just said he picked up something in the warm up then there wouldnt have been any confusion anyway...still alls good
Hope its nothing serious.
