Manchester City v Manchester United

Scummy small-time City.

Some lovely football by United when Owen came on. One wonders how we might have done had he come on a lot earlier, or even started.

Bring on the 2nd leg

Great game and not much in it in terms of goals i'm sure Shitty would have liked another.

Proud of the response from our boys, just wish someone goes and tells Rooney that's how he needs to start the game.

Can't wait for the second leg. We're going to fecking batter those cnuts!!!!

We played well, no luck in front of goal and 2 shocking moments from the ref was the deciding factor tonight as they do not deserve to have even got one goal let alone 2. We play like this at Old Trafford and we will win easily.

We will twat these cnuts in the 2nd leg

He might be a little Argie cnut, but personally I'd rather we had kept Tevez and got shot of Berbatov who has never really looked like the same player he was at Spurs.

Not sure about keeping Tevez but Tevez is surely a better player than Berbatov who is shocking imo for that price.

Its not about Owen but the simple fact that we feel more comfortable in a 4 -4 - 2 system rather then a 4 - 5 - 1 one.

How bad are refs going to get before the FA realise? Untill we have another Howard Webb at the ref?

Scummy small-time City.

Unfortunately this season might see a sickening shift in power between the two teams. United's financial position is shite, and they have all the money in the world.

Wayne rooney the best fecking player out on the pitch by a god dam mile

Fully deserved something out of that. Mike Dean is a cnut. Rooney is a completely different player with somebody to play off. Stop playing him on his own. Once Owen came on, the game completely changed.

Get Vidic back instead of Brown, get a fair ref, and we'll sort this out in the second leg.

Spot on, I expect us to 4-4-2 in the return game. It just gives us more freedom and movement up front. Also with it being half time now I'm not overly worried.

Talk about a fecking smash and grab from City, they did feck all most of the match.

There's only one Mike Dean....

Thank feck.

Unfortuanetly there's also one Clattenberg. Truthfully though we can't blame the ref. They were there for the taking in first half, we rested on our laurels.

We looked a completly different team when Owen came on, surely SAF must see that now. I could understand 4-5-1 away in Europe or if we are short on strikers but with Owen and Diouf it has to be time to go 4-4-2.

fecking hell did I just see the Rooney of the old back?

He was walking through the players for around a 10 minute spell in the second half, he was trying to single handledly get the goal for us - bringing on another scouser was a very good move.

We will beat them at OT, everyone knows that.

Fergie....play two up front from the beginning....its what Rooney needs and what our players love.....trust us. lol. Having said that...we did play well tonight. But as I said earlier, the Glaziers might think Fergie can work miracles, but every club needs investment and support...not going round the players saying...."hey...want to buy a bond....very good deal....as long as we win on the field.." feck em...we lose this..we lose the championship league against milan....we come 5th..so be it if it means those money grabbing, debt ridden cnuts leave....

Can't remember being this wound up about a cup tie since Roma beat us 2-1. We all know how the second leg ended..

Don't think we've seen a Rooney like that in a while. He was a man possessed those last 20 minutes or so.

Yup time to go that way, especially in the league cup. We need that plan B proper, and we need our players used to it. We've got 2 types of strikers now that can play off Rooney and Berbatov. Each with their own Unique skill set. What I'm basically saying is, It's time to start Diouf!
