A.C. Milan v Manchester United

Don't think Fergie will be best pleased at that interview from Rooney, although he's entirely right.

The back four should be fit and ready for the home leg. If Brown-Rio-Vidic-Evra are fit and in-form, I doubt Milan can score more than a single goal.

I agree, 3 weeks in between gets us Vidic back hopefully and Ferdinand will be fresh given he gets another rest now. Milan are always a threat but we are going to score at OT and I can't see them outscoring us.

The feckwits have spread it out to make it more interesting for the neutrals. We don't play Milan at home until 10th March now! Load of bollocks.

Actually it was to make more money, like anything they have ever done has been for the fans.

United can score 4.

people forget Milan's defense wasn't good either

last time we played milan , we won the first leg 3-2 with rooney scoring 2 goals ..

:nervous:

I don't think it will be successful, not if he did kick it away, as stupidly harsh as it seems. Hope I'm wrong.

Evra made the tackle passed it to carrick who quickly backheeled it back to Evra. it wasn't a blatant kicking it away.

what a fecking farce!!! platini should be lined up against a wall and shot.

Even Ruud Gullit conceded that the referee had a nightmare tonight. It was an extremely soft yellow that should have never been given.

more than the neutrals , its the ad revenues from the live broadcast of those matches all over the world

they had 2 matches live and 2 on delay on matchday

its all about the £'s

we play again in 3 weeks ... hopefully giggs recovers for that .. and fergie forgives anderson by then .

you failed to add that his backheal happened well after the whistle

it was clear what he was doing.

Yeah he did it with such obvious arrogance of the rules. He quickly back heeled it. It wasn't like he blasted it away. I've seen players do gentle passes all the way back to the area wher the foul happened.

You've been able to watch all matches live for quite some time. Spreading it out might make people watch more matches, but it's the neutrals that will do that. The interested neutrals watched replays in any case, I don't see how it makes any more money.

3-2 is a good result away from home... I would have taken even a draw before the game... But when we did score for 3-1 we should have act more prefesionaly.. I hope that Rafael's mistake is his lesson that he learned.... Totally unprofesional by him... And Rooney some moments before the seedorf goal didnt even run... at all... He tough that it was over... Well it wasnt.... As I said at the half time.... Fletcher VDS and Rooney.... Great performance.... Valencia also...

What a cracking night of football that was. It had everything, panic, pride and nerves. God it's great to support this team. With that i'm taking my drunken arse to bed.

I have never seen us play this system before with Park central and Fletcher left.

What is it with the sudden decision to change to an unknown formation?

Rooneys second was a very bad goal to give away. For both his goals Nesta just forgot him, must be old age
