Manchester United v West Ham United

We look much better when Gibson is deeper and Scholes plays in the final third. Gibson just shoots too much while Scholes picks the intelligent pass.

bumfluff. Gibson came close to assisting twice this half already.

Gibson is much better at protecting the back four than Scholes has ever been. He's also a very good passer when he gets into the groove, he's been very good today.

Scholes is just being Scholes. A right handful.

evra and rooney need to be rested

we have no backup left backs

Is it me, or does Gibson just not ever look to tackle anyone.

I haven't seen him tackle on single player today (not saying he's been bad, but how on earth can people compare him to Keano when he doesn't go in and win the ball).

You don't need to tackle, Carrick gets away with it.

Fergie should look to bring on the subs....Tempo has slowed down a bit, and we need to protect Rooney and Evra.

Carrick has never been compared to Keano though. My issue is with the comparison. So far I have not seen a single thing in Gibson that reminds me of Keane.

His performance today has been fine, i'm just surprised that in a one off game he gets he hasn't gone in and imposed himself with a crunching tackle or two.

He's nothing like Keane, weird comparison whoever made it.

He's a mix of Lampard and Carrick.
