Berbatov should really be off this summer.
This is depressing but not unpredictable. You can blame Berbatov, and I think we may have to face the fact that this is one transfer which has not worked, but he didn't make Nani make poor decision after poor decision or Valencia stay isolated on the wing, or Neville deliver useless cross after useless cross. The problems we had today have been evident all season: no threat from outside the box, no real driving creative force, a static midfield and a lack of pace throughout the team.
