Giggs has been unbelievably shocking. He keeps trying stupid stupid flicks which never go to any of our players and he also missed a sitter.

Funnily enough the worst thing to happen to Giggs this half was that flick to Fletcher coming off. Since then he's tried to flick every pass played to him around the corner.

If Berbatov performed like Rooney did in the first half he would be crucified by now. Otherwise good performance by United.

Commentators are doing my head in. From the sound of it you'd think United have barely touched the ball and City are walking all over us. I must be watching a different game. We've had a few opportunities, they've had one.

Really good half there I thought. a couple of really good chances and we should be in the lead at half time. The back four have done a good job of keeping them out and the midfield is playing some nice stuff. If we can keep this up then the 3 points should be in the bag.

This is classic Giggs. Watch how he creates a goal in the 2nd half.
Proud of that first half performance, couldn't have asked for much more in terms of commitment and organisation. We've had the better chances and City have barely threatened at all; what a center back Johnny Evans is, can you imagine how good he's going to be when he's 27/28?

Not su re what game you have been watching but Giggs has been playing largely in the middle.
Fact is, for all the faults, we were the better team in that half. Should at least by a goal up.
Unfortunately, the likes of Giggs and Gibson have been rubbish, and you have to wonder if they should've been on from the start ahead of the likes of Nani and Park.

Haven't had much success on the wings so far. Hopefully Nani comes on to add more invention in these areas. He's also been our best winger in the big matches this season so the sooner he gets on the better.
Frustrating half, Rooney's not himself, losing the ball and doesn't seem sharp enough at the moment.
