That was a poor, poor miss. Pity to see such a talent playing without any confidence whatsover. I tell you what though. Mickey Owen would have buried that.

But in terms of a second striker its not that bad, in all teams you usually have one player who scores the most or bulk of goals then you have others who are just below the lead scorer.

That said his contribution this season has really tailed off and you could blame his knee injury but i think hes just lost any confidence he had left... and he just misses a sitter :rolleyes:
 
I wish Rooney would stop trying those chips especially when he's not on the break. He should have had a hattrick of assists by now mind.

I do not remember having to adjust the team to sort out Rudd, Rooney, or Tevez. At United you step up or get moved aside... that is the nature of playing at this club. Besides he has had two years, we need to move on.

Diouf would have buried that...that's how shot Berba's confidence is right now. Even a tap in looks like 30 yard volley to him.

It looks to me like some of the other players aren't that enamoured with him. Rooney in particular.
 
He's still one of our players and SAF is playing him, let's support him for as long as he's here.
