Why is this not yet there for PC
PC gaming is slowly dying, apart from a few selected genres like RTS, simulators, some FPS's etc.
Consoles are good enough these days, and piracy probably scares some developers away from PC's. When they've done enough money with this game on the Xbox and PS3 they'll probably port it to PC as they do with the GTA's.
I still enjoy loads and loads of games on the PC so hopefully this comes out too!

PC games don't offer the control to the manufacturer that console games do. With the 360 and PS3, the platform is highly protected and "closed." PC's allow for more user control and manipulation, which the companies see as bad. Eventually, they'll want to start charging to play PC games online, which most pc gamers would refuse to do right now.
Example: Modern Warfare/MW2. MW sold a map-pack on the consoles that contained 3 maps for $10 or something. One of those maps was a re-skinned Call of Duty(1) map that they charged you for... The others might have been, but I never played CoD2-3/World at War. They then had to release them for free on PC because no one would buy it, or they'd pirate/make their own map.
MW2 comes out and only allows the developer to run online games. No more mods, private servers, or special maps. Only what the company wants you to play.
Sadly, pc gaming is dying because the companies make more money off of kids playing MW2 on their 360 than people playing it on PC. It's more accessible and easy.

Apparently it's been leaked for the 360, my mate has been playing it for the past few days, the bastard.
Which is exactly why the "games don't come out on PC because of piracy" argument doesn't hold water.
There is a shitload more piracy on the PC than on the 360. A PC can pirate a game just by downloading some legal, free software with no detrimental effects. A 360 needs costly hardware modifications to pirate a game, and will likely be banned from Live.
Yet I know far more people with pirated 360s than play pirated games on the PC.
If developers are so concerned about piracy that they'll stop releasing for the PC, then that's true for the 360 as well. At this rate we'll only be getting games on the PS3 soon.
