Manchester United vs. Wolverhampton Wanderers

Any idea if the suqad has been mentioned, so we can have a rough idea who might play. Like Carling Cup games as we can see the youngsters perform.

Fergie has said Evans, Giggs and Rooney are out. No mention of Hargreaves. Owen is fit.

A stab at the matchday squad:

Kuszczak, Amos
Neville, Brown, Smalling, Fabio, Rafael, O'Shea, Dudgeon
Anderson, Park, Carrick, Obertan, Gibson, Bebe, Eikrem, Stewart
Owen, Hernandez, Macheda, W Keane

Welbeck, De Laet, C Evans, Diouf, Cleverley, Chester, Ajose, James, Gill, Norwood and King are all on loan unfortuantely!

We don't publish match squads on ManUtd.com @RBFlemma. But SAF has said it'll be the same players as at Scunthorpe
Team and bench for Scunthorpe were:

VDS, Kuszczak

Rio, Rafael, Brown, O'Shea, Smalling, D Laet, C. Evans

Park, Gibson, Eikrem, Obertan, Ando,

Bebe, Macheda, Owen, Hernandez

Based on that I'll go for:

----------------Kuszczak--------------

O'S/Raf--------Smalling--------Brown------Fabio

Obertan--------Carrick--------Gibson-------Park

------------Owen----------Macheda--------

PIG

Rafael-Brown-Smalling-Fabio

Bebe-Anderson-Gibson-Obertan

Macheda-Owen

I also hope Magnus Eikrem gets a good 30 mins or so.

Obertan need to start this one, really looking forward to this one!

Didn't Hernandez start on the left against Scunthorpe? Obviously that will change and surely Obertan will get the left side.

There'll no doubt be a mass of changes from the team that played against Stoke for this one and, had it not been PL opposition then we might have seen one or two of the reserves (personally, I would love to see Eikrem get a run in this competition) but I suppose we won't be seeing it now.

I suppose it hasn't helped that we are the defending champions (we're going for the three-on-the-run) this season and I think we're taking it much more seriously than we used to these days and so Fergie perhaps not up for taking chances with it like he used to be.

I can definitely see Obertan starting though and this will be good for him. Would love to see Bebe too.

If Park had been showing decent form then yes, it'd be nice to see Bebe start. But I think the logic will be that there's too much at stake not to have the Korean in some sort of acceptable form by mid-November, unless the staff have seen extremely promising signs in either Bebe or Obertan and are seriously considering letting Park go.

Would mind seeing a 451 with Eikrem given license to create

----------------Kuszczak--------------
----Raf------Smalling----Brown------JOS
Obertan----Carrick-------Anderson------Bebe (Park will probably start)
------------------Eikrem------------------
------------------Macheda--------

----------------PIG--------------

Rafael--------Smalling--------Brown------Fabio

Obertan--------Carrick--------Anderson-------Park

------------Owen----------Macheda--------

No Obertan?

I'd go for

Kuszczak
Neville
Brown
Smalling
J. Evans
Rafael
Gibson
Carrick
Park
Anderson
Owen

United's lowest home gate for a competitive game so far this century is 43,673 v Barnet in 2005. Will tonight be lower?

Can anyone give me a postcode of the best place to park for the game tonight please?

Preferably easy get away, not too far from ground etc?

Not got the post code, but I'd suggest you park at the Lowry and then walk to the ground which is about 10 to 15 min walk. It's normally a really quick get away and you can get to the motorways easily from there.

If you do decide to use the Lowry, when you park up, go into the shopping area and buy something, even something like chewing gum or say a coffee from Burger King, get your ticket stamped and the first 4 hours in the car park are free. I parked in that place for 4 or 5 years till I stopped going.
