Wingers don't have to be good at crossing. Especially given Obertan, Giggs, Anderson and Hernandez suit multi-positional football to a tee.
Ronaldo and Messi aren't particularly good crossers of the ball yet play wonderfully well in a similar position.
Walcott plays as a 'winger' and has shown he can be devestating from there, on the rare occasion. I'd imagine we're hoping that Bebe can play the role somewhat similarly.
I'm tempted to think Spector's the fullback and Ben Haim is in midfield.

I agree, he would be more effective from the left rather than the right. But it is going to be one of Bebe or Obertan on the right, and neither are most effective here. When have I ever seen Bebe not play on the right? Only once, and he was better on the left, but just his type of play and crossing technique should not be used on the right.
