Manchester United v Manchester City

Good game from us.
Some of you need to get a grip and realise that we are playing a quality side.
Toure is a fecking monster in midfield and Silva is playing very well too.
Still we were able to dominate big parts of that half.

So a good game overall and what a great goal its was!
Need to keep Silva quiet in the second half

Not been following the thread, but can I just say I hope Sheasy is getting some recognition for some fantastically composed defending.

I would take Anderson off after 65-70min for Chico and then put wayne out wide and keep the midfield tight. I think there should be plenty of chances for him to get through as City need to push for an equlizer in the second and we've already seen it's possible to beat them on the counter attack.

Smalling has looked absolutely quality!

Never a pen you spazzers....Anderson aint half fecking clumsy at times.

Nani, take a bow son. Everything good about this team is coming through him atm. Smalling has looked brilliant. But Vidic is being dragged far to wide at times, if it carries on, it's gonna punish us. Evra needs to take some defensive responsibility.

the only scumbag around here is you.

how dare you call a United player that.

feck off go support Liverpool.

How dare I call a United player a scumbag? I'll call whatever United player whatever I like, thank you. And in Rooney's case, I think he's an utter scumbag, and that's me being polite.

Last 10 minutes of the first half much much better. City starting to look a bit rattled.

Shit, and people still think Waynes our most important player.

OptaJoe on Twitter: "19 - Nani has now scored or assisted 19 goals for Manchester United in his last 20 Premier League appearances. Impact.

Why Chico? Berbatov would provide better possession and control of the tempo.

Anderson certainly will come off, probably for Carrick.

he looks knackered sat on the bench and in need of a long sleep

Havent been on here during the half. I assume everyone is in agreement that at the back we have been fantastic. I really hope there hasnt been a load of shite about O'Shea because he has been outstanding

Thats what I want to know too. We just dont appreciate the guy enough. For a back up player you really could not ask for better

that feckin gilette add .....ill deck that little prick if i ever meet him

We were taken a back by how good they were on the ball when they attacked us I think but after the goal we rattled them and overran them...they'll come out with renewed optimism so we must not give a goal away early.

Anderson seems to have slow reactions, incredibly sluggish

Very good half from him tbh
Fletch was good as well and Scholes pulled out some quality passes.

They are just a very good side defending wise. Great to have Nani who makes Zabaleta his bitch.

Am I the only one who thinks Anderson would be better suited to a defensive midfield role?

He offers nothing attacking wise and its so frustrating to watch watching him wreck our attacking play

Bullshit, he had a pretty good hal

Shit, and people still think Waynes our most important player.

His most noteworthy contribution was spitting his dummy out and lashing out. fecking idiot is going to get himself sent off if he keeps doing shit like that.

It's not crazy talking. He reminds quite some bit with that long leg move as he drift past defenders. It's just the physical bit that's missing and of course he need to get more consitant.
he has a bit to go but nanis overall game is actually better than ronaldos. It's largely atm the goalscoring where ronaldo is superior. Nani atm is not less consistent. His drilling.is better.

Rooney needs to hold up the ball and stand up to kompany a bit more and Anderson need to take more responsibility.

Now if Gibson produced a performance like anderson just did, what would the caftards reactions be like?

So you're just choosing to ignore all the negative comments directed at Anderson's slow reaction, odd decisions and sluggish movement?
