I went down to Goodwood when I was 17 and lumped all my money and some borrowed on a odds-on fav in the last to bail myself out after 5 losers. Never again. There's always another day.
That's one way to learn a lesson! The only rule I have is that I don't bet because I'm bored. Bet heavily on things you have a real feeling about instead of spreading money about on loads of little bets, many of which are just placed to make a game a bit more exciting.
What an awful weekend that was for me, every single bet I made on football lost.

its for the free account credit they give you, some places make you deposit £20 and they match it with a £20 credit to your account, you then have to rollover the stake 3 times before you can withdraw any funds, they have terms and conditions on the site for the offer, alot of them have rules like any bets under 1.5 do not count towards the rollover
