    It's not only the manager.
    It's the manager, the people who are responsible for hiring of managers, the ones who allow us to make new plans with every manager instead of having a plan that is worked on continuously by every manager. It's the players either downing tools or being rubbish in individual situations & mentally/physically to get the drive going. The lack of holding each other accountable for simple passes that fail or lack of movement in front of the guy who has the ball.
    We're a very soft side. We applaude tries, regardless of how obvious the idea was or the shite execution.
