I suffer delusions of grandeur
This isn’t a remotely good Chelsea side. Again we have failed to show any sort of invention, consistency or craft.
Need to turn up

Do you Jose Mourinho take thee the Fa cup to be your lawful trophy for at least 1 year?
Phil Jones: I object....
The best and most unemotional summation I have read so far.
Not hugely surprising from Chelsea players but Keown is expected to be a) knowledgeable b) impartial.Even the commentator was trying to help him out, asking him "but was it a clear motion to play the ball" and Martin agreed that it was and still didn't get it.
Even the Chelsea players and Conte were screaming red card though, and some here even thought we were lucky he didn't get sent off, so I guess not everyone knows the rules.
Depends a bit on how you assess the game I reckon. We've been better in the middle of the pitch I think, but feel both managers thinks their team had control during that half. Not a lot of chance creation for either side.
I’m not discounting that. If you ever read my posts in other threads, you’ll know that I am vehemently opposed to Mourinho as our manager. But I also think the players in question need to show more resilience than they have. Fergie has it right when he said modern players are molly coddled. Like children almost. Difference was, he knew when to be a nurturing father, and when to be a strict one. Mourinho just has one mode. It’s a shame
Bit negative in here. We've been the better team by far.
No one has been stand out but they've certainly not been bad. We look lost attacking but we have all season.
45 minutes closer to the day Mourinho leaves (hopefully at some point next season).
I think you mean …Do you Jose Mourinho take thee the Fa cup to be your lawful trophy for at least 1 year?

Another Mourinho attacking masterclass.
People pointing to Smalling and Jones forever miss the point.
I can't wait until we buy Milinkovic-Savic and Alderweierld and play fabulous football.
This game is an abomination. A damning indictment of both teams.
It's a different lineup with a different set of characters.
Character belongs to the individuals not the kit.
You may disagree with this, but I think we need to make substitutions and change the system. That's the only way we'll be able to pick ourselves up. Only Mastic is an inspirational leader out there, and he's not enough.
Yeah agreed. Theres definitely a balance to be had, but I dont think rashford is necessarily soft mentally. Hes always performed well under pressure in big games. People lose form, it's fine. But with how his season was going, theres criticism and then theres the way Mourinho a few weeks ago, was basically calling them shit and useless players and refusing to take any blame himself for shit tactics.I’m not discounting that. If you ever read my posts in other threads, you’ll know that I am vehemently opposed to Mourinho as our manager. But I also think the players in question need to show more resilience than they have. Sanchez gets away with so much on here just cause he looks busy all the time, Rooney got slaughtered for losing the ball on here but Sanchez does it constantly and never hear a peep.
the hate for Rashford after one bad half where everyone else has been crap is ridiculous.
Jesus, so many empty seats, are we at Emirates?
I'm sure I've complained but not in the mood to get shouted at todaySanchez gets away with so much on here just cause he looks busy all the time, Rooney got slaughtered for losing the ball on here but Sanchez does it constantly and never hear a peep.
You really think buying those two will change anything? Mourinho will Mourinho
