Both sides dont have what City and Liverpool have which is to turn over the ball in MF and two to three passes later they create a chance.

Still though good to be in front, although Martial in open play has been poor.

Will probably be a draw i feel.

If Ole has half a clue what hes doing his team talk will be telling them to pass the ball to Fernandes in the middle. He's been crying out for the ball all half.

Daniel James is an utterly pointless player now. Useless going forward, scared to use his pace or beat a man. Even defensively, he has all the pace in the world to close down the ball but he's scared to make a challenge, he just dances in front of the opposition. I don't think I've seen him make a tackle in months.

What has happened to him since that great start to the season!?

I have been unimpressed by Fernandes so far. Hopefully he actually does something in the second half.

Need to get Fernandes involved more. I like the cut of this guy's jib and his vision is fantastic.

Maguire has been treading on eggshells and should be off. James has been gash. Martial was awful for 44 minutes then comes up with that header...it makes it difficult to like him. I wish he showed that much dedication the whole game.

    Keep watching you stream.

Martial will always tuck in goals when the opportunity presents itself but his overall play and attitude is one of the reasons our team was in 9th place at the start of the game. He is too concerned about looking cool than trying 100% and making mistakes.

We need more from our full backs. Wan Bissaka's cross is an example of what we could achieve if we exploit the space in wide areas. Too often Williams and Wan-Bissaka chose not to really attack the ball and try and test Caballero in the air. Chelsea don't have Terry anymore, and their centre backs leave space between them. If we get good crosses in we can put this game to bed.
We have been trying for a couple of games now to push our full back ups. We know that's the only way to compensate for the lack of creativity, but Bruno, he's key for us. We need to play with Igdaho and see if he can stay in the middle for us.

Wouldn't be surprised if he took money to throw this match.

Passing the ball back to chelski on the edge of our box, missing easy headers.

Absolute wank. Get rid in the summer IF we can replace with someone else.
Are you having a laugh? Jesus christ.

Bailey is a fecking enigma. Generally he’s been terrible for most that first half bar one tackle and then another moment where he looks like he’s the greatest defender that has ever lived.

Running after everything and just ruining our shape by getting pulled all over the shop.

He runs out like that because he has been told to do it. He started horribly, but after those two mistakes he has been really good.

I am glad we got that beautiful goal but our overall play is very, very slow. It felt like I am watching a warm-up session.

Three games we haven't scored in - Liverpool, Burnley and Wolves.

He should have scored againts Burnley but not scoring against Liverpool (difficult chance) and going up against 5 defenders by himself against Wolves isnt that bad.

Really strange post from the anti-Martial poster. Making it sound like he hasnt crosed for over a month but in reality it were just 3 games. It is like saying "he hasnt scored for months" after the summerbreak.

Good header by Tony but my god we’ve been poor

    Let’s build on this

I’m happy with the result so far, but how come these two teams are fighting for Champions League football?!!

Be honest, on the reply Maguire has clearly pushed his leg out into the Chelsea player, surprised we've got away with that

Guys there was a phase when Fred passes to Bruno and someone else was ahead of him, if Bruno controls this ball, he can either score himself or pass and that would have killed Chelsea.

Anyway, psychologically, Chelsea will be fuming. If we can get a second one, I think we're killing them mentally and that's the battle we will need to win.

Haha, cruyff turns in his own box. Legend

His movement in the box is very poor. His finishing in the box is good.

The header was an example of brilliant movement from him, to be fair.
That's the thing, though. He often makes good runs in the box but the difference today is we had some decent delivery.

He's not Inzaghi, but he's not as clueless in his movement as he's made out to be either.
