Do we think he’s gone 3 in midfield because of what happened last season? Really interesting lineup, let’s hope it goes to plan!
If it’s Martial and Greenwood upfront in a 2 with Bruno in behind that could be very exciting.

Quality starting 11. Think itll be Matic holding, McTominay on the right and Fred left as box to box, Bruno floating behind 2 split strikers. Should be the plan when Pogba comes in!

Feisty team, that. I like it! Greenwood and Martial as wide forwards, and Bruno as a false nine?
    Preparing for Pogba.

looks like a diamond but I suppose there is a chance it might be Bruno on the left?

Diamond formation will also be good to prepare for Pogba's return - best way to fit him in together with Bruno, Fred and Mctominator.

I'm delighted to see Gomes back in action after his horror injury. Hopefully all goes well for him... starting next gameweek  We're in good form and victory would put us within one point of Chelsea, come on United!

No Dan James anywhere, that sucks. Wouldve been good to have his pace on the bench.

I'm interested to see the diamond in action but it seems a bit harsh on Mata. Him and Bruno have had great chemistry.

I actually forgot to switch despite posting the tweet. Getting complacent
Your lead is about the size of Liverpool's anyway. You're not going to lose the league now.

Where the leaked team news comes from
The team news are confirmed 15 minutes before they are confirmed on social media platforms. Ie. the rights holders and broadcasters will have received the line-ups today at 12.45 and they are embargoed until 1pm, when the posts are published on Twitter etc. It is not a coincidence these recent team news leaks always pop up during that 15-minute period.
That was posted at 12:15 though?

Didn't think I'd be saying this a year or two ago but it feels so good to have McSauce back in the lineup again.

I really wish we would have played 4231 which most of our players are used to. Switching things up always confuses them.

Bailly for Lindelof..and the lineup would have been perfect
    Lindelof will panic today

Wow, ole going with the line up I wanted to see and posted in this thread with the exception of lindelof over bailly!

Hope it works well as it does look good on paper.

Interesting if Ole is using the diamond, can't recall us using it this season, odd game to try something different instead of the 3-5-2.

Quality starting 11. Think itll be Matic holding, McTominay on the right and Fred left as box to box, Bruno floating behind 2 split strikers. Should be the plan when Pogba comes in!
Most likely, and Matic is needed against their powerful forward duo. Fred and McTominay will have a licence to make runs into the box.

That's a good team. We should really be getting CL football this season one way or another.

Could be diamond or could be 4-2-2-2. Interesting to see how martial and greenwood work together with Bruno supplying. Full backs will have to provide width with Bruno and Fred supporting.

Trying out the diamond! We will be playing with 4 midfielders and Bruno in an almost false 9 role (or maybe the more orthodox "in the hole"). With Pogba fit, this is how we can get the best of both Bruno/Pogba. Lot of pressure on the fullbacks for this one. Width will be an issue.

It seems like an unnecessary risk going with the diamond at this stage of the season.

I hope it works out or the Ole Out crowd will have a field day.

Will be Bruno from the left, surely. Would be a weird game to try the diamond in.

Mason on the right. Martial through the middle.
