A quick google shows homocides by gun per year is nearly 20,000 people in the US, and gun homocide is around 78% of all homocides compared to only 4% in the UK for example. Simply put America has more murders because it has a corrupt government that favours corporations over citizens at every turn

More like spending more money from the budget and time into training. This below is an article that was published in the wake of George Floyd's death about how many hours of training American LEOs get compared to other countries. It's abysmal and I'm not particularly proud of the state of affairs in Canada at all according to those stats. Mind you, those other countries don't have the same budget for police as the United States do.

And as a Narc she pities herself and her son as an extension of herself over the victims. Note how she is talking about defending her son and feeling sorry for herself over having a shed of empathy for the victims or their family. The perpetator probably had an unstable upgrading where either he experienced an abusive childhood or one where he was the golden child of someone who was clearly lacking in human empathy.
