2017 Pre Season | Sampdoria vs Manchester United

Is Blind pushing to be transferred? Sometimes, I wonder…

There is no way that is an own goal...it was already headed towards the goal and touched the opponents foot before it went in

Blind has been shocking this preseason

So same as academy players

I'm all for this 3-5-2, but hopefully with more attacking players in the lineup of home games, for instance with Mkhitaryan in midfield, Rashford upfront, Lingard as leftwinger.

Why not? Goalscoring opportunity doesn't get more clear than that, surely?
The opportunity wasn't created by the opponent and therefore not deemed a goalscoring opportunity. Otherwise, it would've been a penalty.

de gea is a bit off in positioning tody. second time someone tried to chip him

No can't touch at all, that is why they usually kick it or head it or anything but handle it. He had no choice under the circumstances though. Stupid from Blind.

Doesnt make sense though because the reason for the rule was time wasting and you cant really time waste by palming or punching the ball away. I guess its to remove any grey area

Can't describe it any other way, the team just looks happier playing this system.

So same as academy players
Keep in mind that a few of those games were 45 minutes for every player, so those "starts" don't really mean anything. Total minutes wise I wouldn't think there is too much different with him and the other attackers. Pogba, lukaku and Mkhitaryan I would guess have the most minutes.

Valencia has played that ball down the right wing a few times now. Hasnt done that enough in the last few seasons.. We finally have a team where players want to move into free space
