O'Shea knows how to play with Scholes, all he needs to do is sit there, provide an option and break up the play. Anderson can't do that, Fletcher rarely sits either and he's played a lot this season so far.
Scholes having a good game makes up for O'Shea playing averagely. Whereas the Scholes-Anderson partnership has just ben awful so far.
