The guy is 21, and is a neat and tidy player who seems to be getting stronger now, to the point where he can physically cope with top level football in central midfield.
He is still a couple of years younger than Keane was when we signed him.
He doesn't do the fancy stuff, but thats not his role in the team. He is there to keep the play moving.
