Ajax vs. Manchester United

Young is looking genuinely average.

Predictable and lacking confidence to do anything other than cut back to his right and cross. I think he needs a bit more support from his fullback to give him some space.

Whole front line is predictable

need to close down , why give them a free shot at goal.

Taylor talking about the ball not moving in the air because...............it can happen you know.

Christ you guys never cease to amaze me, Nani and Jones have every right to look off the pace after lay-offs and before you say well Cleverley's doing fine well that's because he's the messiah :D.

Yep I agree completely. I was just pointing out that Jones doesn't seem to be coping with his man at the moment. We'll have grown into the game by the second half though, I reckon.

Whole front line is predictable

Second half changes (70 minutes if we know Fergie...):

Welbeck for Hernadez
Valencia for Young (Nani to the left)

I love Kelvin's positivity. It permeates throughout the thread.

Great challenge from Carrick :D

Oh I just can't wait to hear what stan has to think about the game at half time...

Jones, Nani, Cleverley, Young, Fabio, all coming back from injury. Suppose we're bound to look a bit rusty.

Nani and Hernandez have been poor so far.

"captain Ferdinand again..."

Captain Ferdinand? Really?

I fecking hate our European approach to games.

Played at Premier league pace and we'd be a goal or two up.

I went to flick that cross & headbutted a bookshelf. :(
