The only reason he'd be going to Carrington is to do the medical. There's no other reason. Perhaps sign a few official papers, but Carrington has some of the best medical facilities in the country.
Including a psychological test center, based on how long you can stop Anderson eating food for. Dealing with pressure etc.

I get warned of spamming this thread with close up with ADM's eye, yet this thread's title is about that image. Makes sense.

If only we could do that to kick the crippling fear of failure that some of our players seem to have embraced.
Jesus, that'd be a treat. Maybe just tons of football against very minor opposition, but give the other team more players. Don't ask me why.

That is much better. Very realistic fee indeed. I guess the .7m is down to conversion rates? The fee being under £60m makes seem so much different.

Also, is it including add-ons? That would be unbelievable.

100% our ugliest number 7.

The thread title

Btw, I am liking all those long cool names we have now: DDG, RvP, LvG, AdM, who is next? AoV? (Arthur of Vidal :D:devil:)

Looks like Woodward has managed to negotiate a lower fee, £59.7m.
Probably based on rising to the higher figure if he wins stuff. 59m is probably the money being paid upfront or at least agreed in installments over next 5 years?

"While there are no plans yet for Di María to take a medical or even fly to Manchester on Monday" - Jamie Jackson, The Guardian, 5 hours ago.

So 60m, then 4m at a later date and the other 10m or so will be based on if we win the champions league and premier league I'm gonna guess. Potentially rising to just over 70m probably, but unlikely that it'll reach that.
