If you've got the thread starter on ignore, you won't be able to see threads they've made unless you know the thread link.

Seems like I can't attach but rather must give an "image URL"

I drag and dropped one from my computer onto the post. But it disappeared once I actually tried to post

You need to upload the image to the internet first. I use this one. Then you need to copy the image url (usually ending in .png, .jpeg, .gif etc) and insert it here by clicking on the landscape icon.

Can I ask why my last three threads all finished up 'locked'? that is 'Poacher turned Gamekeeper'/'Is Maguire worth all the Embarrassment?'/'Is David Gill chuckling to himself?' What am I doing wrong? This is a genuine enquiry.

Didn't read the other two but the David Gill thread was pointless and had no substance.

It was intended to be ironic.
Gill reputedly got the push (but jumped first in reality) because of his dealings on transfers and the belief in the club was that Ed Woodward would make a better job of it, a feeling no doubt generated by Woodward when he was Gill's assistant. Things always look easier from the back seats!

The David Gill thread was pointless. There's no decent discussion there. It was a sideways dig at Woodward which plenty of people are doing much more directly in other existing threads. Can I suggest you just stick to responding to threads for now, members who have their threads regularly closed usually end up with their thread creation privileges removed.

Thank you for your response I have attempted some nuance in all three threads but clearly some delicate matters are not worthy of discussion. I shall heed your advice from now on.
 
I am getting a redirect on the forum to an obvious spam marketing page. The type that asks you 3 questions to win an iPad. Scanned my phone for Malware and it's coming up clean. Is this a problem with the forum?

Will do. Oddly enough as soon as I reported it they stopped but if it happens again I will grab what I can.

Hi, can't seem to log in from a new tab when I go to the caf's homepage. I click on the upper right where it says "Log in or Sign up" and nothing happens. The screen just sorta refreshes. I had some existing Chrome tabs with the caf already open and those seem fine. Same problem on both laptop and iPad. Cheers.

The caf is now running on https. Your login issues will be because the link you use is still http. Click the following link:

Then try to log in and you should be fine. Then, replace any current bookmarks you have with https.
 
Hi, the Dybala thread is not appearing on my home page or the transfer forum. I am however able to access it if I open it directly through my browser history. Would you know why that might be happening ?
