not as such but a bump on the head can cause many different ailments could be balance related or anythig. I got a bump playing footie one night years back and ended up with a trapdoor fracture in my eye socket could walk in a straight line for about 3 weeks as it was holding on to a nerve in my eye making my line of vision diferent in one eye was a fecking nightmare
