Aston Villa vs Manchester United

UAE doing a cracking job with the minute by minute as per usual, he's had a shocker naming Park the man of the half though. He's not switched on, has actually got into some dangerous positions but he's hesitating and letting the chances slip by. Better than that so come on lad

I agree with him there. Looked the best of an average bunch going forward.

Tevez's been crap. He seems incapable of releasing a ball early to teammates, tends to hold the ball sooo damn long until all the villa players are back defending.

Ridiculously poor final delivery, tried a shot in the penalty box that actually went out for a throw-in, and a really poor cross out to touch with spaces for him to cross.

He can't expect us to make his deal permanent if this is the best he can offer.

 Brad. Just think Park has been our most threatening going forward. Tevez and Rooney have not really sparked, and Ronaldo is too busy falling over it seems.

Tevezs overall play was good just his final ball was poor.

He's spent more time dribbling the ball towards the corner flags and then turning around and passing back to our midfield. He's had 2 shots, 1 finished as a throw in the other was a tame effort that Brad caught with 1 hand (slight exageration). His passing has been pretty woeful as well.

I can't understand how people think he's played well. I'd say this is one of the worst games i've seen him play in a United shirt so far. He looks completely out of form.

Fair enough

Evra has been outstanding though, he's been the most threatening of the lot with his bursting runs

It's not all bad from Park by any means, but the balls been falling for him and he hasn't been capitalising, very frustrating. And hoooooow looooooooooong did he take to try and shoot when through on goal about halfway through? Has to know he doesn't have that amount of time

I think he played Wednesday night in Brasil which is Thursday morining in Europe

I know, I was pointing out how brwned had typed before thinking - he's got a tendency to do so once in a while :smirk:

Wouldnt say Tevez has played well at all. But the more games he gets the more likely we'll see the real Apache.

Park needs to cut out the hesitation. He'd be a very good final third player if he just believed in what he was doing.

I agree with all that.

Rooney should stop with the stupid flicks and Giggs should play smarter than looking for the smart pass.

Gotta clinch this one, we'll steal a march on the top 3. Getting the points today wouldbe massive.

Nani and Rafael on please

Anyone else think he was well sexy?

Park is playing good, no need for Nani.

Get Rafael on behind Park and let them come at us, we'll crush them big time.

Park getting too much grief from some here. At least he's getting into threatening positions with the ball. More than can be said for the rest at this point. Nani might get it up the wing quickly, but with the lack of options there seem to be today, I doubt he'd be able to string anything together anyway (not that his crosses usually do).

Fair comment about Evra, he's been great as usual. Agree about Park with the shot as well, hopefully Fergie will give them a bit of a bollocking at half time.
