Aston Villa Vs. Manchester United

Can't see the Chelsea match but I guess they are having their usual luck?

I'd take a point now, if Everton can take points from Chelsea.

I'm feeling very pessimistic at the moment.

We're in trouble when he brings Carew on. They've already got the beating of us from set plays.

We can still win this fairly comfotably, without set pieces Villa are struggling to threaten even when we're down to 10 men.

That red card was slightly harsh. It was a 1 footed tackle, not 2 footed. One of his feet took the ball and a bit of the man but it should definitely have been a yellow. The ref must not have seen the tackling in the merseyside derby. I think we should appeal that sending off but im not sure we will win it. The FA dont like us already.

But we've done well so far. We can win this game if we are clinical on the counter attack. It's better not to sit back and wait for them to pick us off.

If we don't appeal, Nani will still be able to play against Milan and will be available for Wolves on March 6. Valencia will obviously take his spot back which will cushion the blow. I'm really really really hoping the lad won't lose any confidence and will return playing just like he has. It would be extremely unfortunate for him to lose all his confidence and play like a spacker again.

Saha... I'm a big fan of his but for some reason he's never been very good at taking penalties. Even when he scores them they look very dodgy.

We wont appeal for Nani, they will only call it frivolous anyway.

Nani is a silly boy.

I don't think hes a dirty player, but you don't take chances with tackles like that, especially away from home.

Scholes has done it several times throughout his carear. The ball was there to be won, he won it clearly. At most it was a yellow, but considering the challenges that were being done at the weekend, to give that a red was laughable.

You simply can't make a sliding challenge in football anymore without you being penalised by an anal referee. Sad times :(

He'll play - same goes for Rio.
