Aston Villa vs. Manchester United

The zombies are back.

And yet when you suggest that we start Cleverley instead of Scholes, or a 3-man midfield of some kind, people shoot you down. Scholes has done nothing today that Cleverley couldn't have done twice as fast.

Also, I find myself asking AGAIN... why are people so obsessed with us playing wingers just because 'it's the United way'? They've done feck all today, what's the point of having them on the pitch?

It might, as he'd be playing against worse players and could get his mojo back a bit. As it is he's not nearly good enough.

Ooh, good cross Ashley.

Or he'll view it as getting dropped to the reserves and go further into his shell?

Ireland's getting on my bits.

We're the shit of Manchester, apparently..

Rooney, Scholes, Carrick, RVP, Valencia all looking pointless so far. The sad thing is that its none of their fault, its almost solely down to the formation chosen by SAF.

Scholes, Carrick and Valencia, yes. Rooney and RVP are strikers, they need the midfield to be working. Scholes and Young shouldn't have started, Cleverley and Anderson should. It gets more obvious with every game.

What the feck was that? Lucky to get the freekick.

And it's fecking ugly to watch. When we play this way we're one of the most boring teams around. The fans who paid good money don't deserve this uninspiring football.

With our wingers in this form I feel even more than we should be playing 433 with Hernandez out there. This ain't good.

I havent seen anyone on here advocating Scholes over Cleverley lately, though I did disagree with you about the 3man midfield.
