Bayern München v Manchester United

This mole situation is one of the more worrying things we've picked up this season.

Kagawa will do the same job as he did when he came on last time, better to start with him. Having a trio of Carrick, Fletcher and Kagawa means we will be able to get the ball further up field much more quickly as well as providing a bit more stability in midfield.

No complaints about that lineup whatsoever, now let's see if it can do what it's capable of. The bench looks a bit weak though, despite Nani' positive sub cameo vs Newcastle, Young still gets the nod . :wenger:

I haven't felt nerves like this before a match in what feels like an eternity, I've missed it.

Two average looking benches. Bayern's may not be average but I've simply not heard of a lot of these players.

If they pick up an injury they'll struggle with that weak bench

How did Young still get on the bench over Nani. Thats his time over here done then

That attacking Bayern lineup has me worried that we'll concede in the first 10 mins and collapse. Hopefully our players are really on it today, they'll be getting pressed relentlessly from back to front.

That's an incredible lineup. Jesus, it can either fail spectacularly or just work

Wtf? I thought Young was out for the rest of the season? Why the feck is he still here?

Oh wow. Lahm at right back and Kroos/Gotze as a midfield two. Could be more goals in this than you'd think, for both sides.

Probably a reaction to the fact that we were happy to let Rafinha have loads of the ball/space - as he was comfortably there worst player on the pitch (not that he's that bad or anything)... you can't imagine Moyes/Our players will be quite as happy to let Lahm have as much of the ball when he's at RB

They'll be looking to get an early goal as well.

Young= Defensive option off the bench
Januzaj= Attacking option off the bench

Leaves no space for Nani

Sky has Welbeck up top, Rooney number 10 and Kagawa left. I hope it's Welbeck left, Kagawa in behind and Wayne up top.

Like our team. Like their team more. Looks very susceptible to the counter.

If (big IF) we bring the game to overtime and both teams still have 3 subs left to make, I'll be more confident in our subs than theirs. Just sayin.

You mean,

Young: Shit option off the bench

Don't believe Rio is the leak

Expecting that Bayern will be looking to shoot from outside the box a little more this week. De Gea is going to be crucial.
