All the Berba doubters and haters seems to have disappeared.
I have a training day for coaching with the council tomorrow.. The worst day to have it on at the moment. I have my mobile with me though, for constant WAP updates. I love the transfer window final day - I have a weird feeling were not just going to stop with Berbatov either, think we have another lined up.. just a feeling I have.

Hardly anyone hated Berbatov or doubted his ability. Some people thought he was overpriced and thought there were better options and some thought that our current strikeforce is good enough to cope.

Nah - nothing's happened today. If it had the newspapers/photographers would have got it.
Not convinced this is going to happen. We won't pay over the odds for a 27 year old striker as it sets a precedent for any other strikers/wingers we want to get in in January or next summer. So this is more than just 1 transfer. Remember we're in a credit crunch and no clubs has funds so like the housing market is in depression because people can't get mortgages - the transfer market is also in depression as clubs can't afford loans.
£25m is the absolute max. Spurs know that and were happy to sell to Barcelona and keep coming up with other clubs who are interested.
They are being crazy. They seem more concerned about what the transfer does to us rather than their own team. They could have done the transfer by now and got in Arshavin.
Personally I wasn't that impressed by Pavluchenko by the way. Don't think he'll be better than Defoe or Keane.
