Agreed, Friedel is sure to have a blinder, so we must take our chances when they come for there won't be many if the past is anything to go by.

Saha to get the only goal just before half time i reckon, 0-1.

With some international friendlies on the horizon, Sir Alex's post match interview should be interesting, maybe a few niggles here and there, a tight hamstring possibly, you know the deal. ;)
 
We need to bounce back from last seasons disappointment, hopefully we play like we did at Bolton, just hoping for same line up.

that will be 9 changes in personnel, so low confidence shouldn't be an issue.
i too worry about friedel, pedersen! they do tend to produce their best against us. blackburn also have a terrific record vs us since they came back up.

i reckon the form of this team is irresistable though. we look too strong defensively, so i can see a clean sheet and we're due a goal after the blank against southend.

he will not score in all matches
 
Well,it's going to be a tough match.We haven't beaten them in the league for the past three seasons,that's really bad statisitcs.But their not playing well at the moment so hopefuly we don't put a Southend performance:mad:

Tough games these are. But we`re in good shape and having the center-6 back for this game (rooney obviously wasn`t there against South End) will make the difference.

As I said earlier, hopefully we stick with this line up and go at them, this is an incredibly tough game.

The Sun also reveals that Graham Poll is unlikely to referee United's huge clash with Chelsea at the end of November. The under-fire official has been ruled out by an ongoing FA inquiry into Poll's handling of last weekend's stormy clash between Chelsea and Spurs last weekend.

No Polly \o/ If what the Sun writes is true at least.
