Blackburn v Manchester United

Vidic is an interesting one, he keeps trying to bring the ball down on his chest, like he`s afraid to use his feet. ball a couple of inches from the ground and he goes sliding in trying to chest it

Yeah it looks quite funny.

They're having an analysis chat, and I can't understand a word they are saying.

I'm not even mad I'm quite used to this kind of matches atm.

Halftime: Rio's played well again in midfield,Evra looks good,Saha prooving the internet pundits wrong.VDS to blame for the second goal. And Ronaldos embarrasing fresh air shot.

Which was a foul and we got the free kick, so not really his fault...

it wasnt a foul, morten gamst pedersen didnt touch him.
dont know if it was a dive or if he managed to do something weird when he missed the ball, he does have a problem with his knee and he kept holding his knee afterwards. he didnt make any gestures or shout for a free kick though

Foul?!? Good one!
The defender didn't even touch him. The ref saved his embarassment by giving the FK.

Yeah Gamst didn't touch him. He did a Van Persie.

We've conceeded 3 soft goals - no need for Wes to have given away the foul that led to the free kick - although it was a quality free kick.

Don't know who was to blame for the 2nd - only VDS and Rio do.

No idea what Wes was trying when he handballed it - there wasn't any Blackburn player following up and it looked like it was going straight to VDS. That made me think it wasn't intentional, but looking at the replays suggests otherwise. Guess it must have been an instinctive reach by him.

It wasn't a dive or a foul. Think of van Persie's "shot and tumble"

think its pretty obvious that we have to bring in ruud and park.
i dont think richardson has been playing well at all, he keeps drifting into the centre midfield, i would sub off him and fletcher, play rvn and rio up front, rooney as a attacking midfielder

Why Rio up front?

We need a early goal.

i have more chance of winning the euro millions on friday than winning this bloody game, let the prem laugh at us

We'll win this 4-3, you watch.

if we do, I'll parachute into Anfield in a full united kit singing 'all scousers are cnuts' then I'll moon the KOP and get I love Liverpool tattoed on my chest with 5 stars underneath it.

That's how little faith I have in our current team when they are losing a game like this one and the city one a couple of weeks back.

From seeing the replays they've showed over here, I couldn't judge whether there was contact or not.

I will agree with the commentator who said there was no reason otherwise for him to have kicked air instead of the ball - if you've seen a better angle, than fair dues.

Rich is probably carrying an injury.

3-1?

Jesus!

You remember when you were up 3-0 at half time once?

I confess however, we had a far better team at that time.

He's playing a bit shite at the moment, that could be the reason.

Thing is, I don't think we've been playing too badly. The 3 goals were all soft goals to concede (although there's nothing to say we won't concede more like these in the 2nd half :nervous: )

If we get an early goal then I think we will still get something out of this match...other than a loss.

I blame VDS for the first and second goals. First goal went right underneith him and the second one was just plain stupid...anybody could see rio's right underneith it.

No changes at HT? Hmm....:(

Bit disappointing but not a complete surprise really.

Give it till 55-60 mins, can't be much later than that if you want players to make an impact.
