Very poor show up to now from several players. Hopefully second half will be better as with Blackpool currently winning they really will believe they can avoid the drop with a result next week.

We'll score but, the 1 minute of extra time sums up the first half for me - no urgency to get forward, tempo is not good. Need to up it and from the moment we kick off, don't wait till the last 15 minutes.
You'd have to say the turning point of the half was PIG fecking up. After that, they really started to press.

Just saw that the whole attack started with Evans being nowhere to be found on the left wing, forcing Vidic to mark Evans's man and leaving the middle open for Emerton to run through and cross it, and the rest is history.
I heard that VDS had an elbow injury and that's why he was rested.

They are defending very well. They are well organized and we barely have any space to operate in the final third.

I don't blame Pig that much, if there is a player available in space, we should look to pass to them than a keeper. Not every keeper is VDS. Too many fecking back passes to keepers in our play. Sometimes from positions of attacking and you see ball goes to Vidic and straight to PIG and you ask yourself, does not give us a greater chance of possession? He is going to just kick it anywhere anyway.
