I was thinking the same thing.
It absolutely was a penalty - technically ticks all the right boxes. But it's one of those that if it was given against us I'd be furious about as the ball was clearly going out of play.
Keeper didn't need to make the challenge - that's the only mistake made there, but people will ignore all fo Dowd's crap decisions in this match and say that he favoured us....
