Blackpool vs. Manchester United

Awful game from Rooney, maybe early substitution will serve as a wake up call but I don't expect it to.

What source would you like?

I find Marca the most credible..

Excellent, I fear for it's temperature when it arrives up here though.

Blackpool play good football, a bunch of mediocre players who have enough belief in their ability to pull it off.

If this was a one off, I'd not be worried in the slightest.

But we've been so strangely lethargic or sloppy in so many away games.

It simply has to be the white shirts. Go back to the loss to the scousers at Anfield in 2008 and you can see that white shirts are cursed in the AIG/Aon era. Used to be the blue ones.

Things should pick up now the scum bag Rooney has gone off.

Are you to be funny young man ?

How's the game been so far ? Bad luck or outplayed ?

Outplayed. If you showed this game to someone who didn't know football and asked them which team were challenging for the title they'd say the ones in orange.

Some slick passing between Rafael and Nani draws a free kick just outside box.

Which ends up nothing... did earn a corner...

Vidic gets pushed in the back from a Rafael cross... nothing given... wasted chance after chance.
