Haha. The scousers actually have some redeeming value for their prose. It's just delusional venom at BM. Scary.
The Berties are a cut above(below?) when it comes to idiocy.

'Pep is right to be raging, there's clear corruption and an obvious agenda and it's getting more blatant by the week.'
This is what psychologists call "guilt transference"? With their unearned success, they are now projecting the idea cheating on others.
I dont blame him. They can throw tons and tons and money but they're still smalltime.he's actually quite wound up there, he genuinely thinks theyre shit
By goal difference as well,I have maintained for a long time they dont actually have a great squad. They have a couple of standout players (De Bruyne/Aguero), a few who have previously been fantastic players but not consistently for a while (Silva/Toure/Kompany/Zabaleta), a few that I have never really rated much above average (Fernandinho, Nolito, Navas, Otamendi) a few inconsistent younger players (Sterling/Sane/Stones) and then some absolute shockers. Also, once you scratch the surface of the bare XI there is very, very little substance.
Lets not forget, they finished 4th last year and imo that is about right
"Pep is right to be raging"
what, when, what did the best manager in the world say, has he lost it yet?
He is going into that dark place called "Why always us?". There's a fine line between galvanising siege mentality and the destructive lack of self-awareness of a victim mentality.
He seems to be heading for the latter.
I would accept this argument if he wasnt calling out the quality of the league or his own fan base, which he seems to be doing repeatedly, hell leave on his own soon enough.Think too much is being read into it. Pep is very cynical when it comes to the press, always has been. Nothing much new about his behaviour tbh
If it's about the red than Rojo should've stayed on the pitch with his 2 tackles then as well. Fools.
I love how short term their memory is over there. We've been getting screwed over by the refs for the entire season and get two offside goals (1 which didn't matter as the game was already won) and all of a sudden the refs want us to win the league?
why couldnt we just have kept mancini. he had one bad season. he was great otherwise and the club has never been happier / more energetic. feck this club.
But but but Pep is the best of the best in the world?
At the start of the season it was impossible to have a serious debate about Pep. If, like me, you questioned the substance of his record at Barcelona and Bayern you were accused of being jealous even though we had just appointed arguably the best manager in the business with a proven track record in 4 countries.
I can understand City fans being giddy but surely more "expert" pundits and journalists should have questioned exactly what his role was in creating unstoppable sides at Bayern and Barcelona
You highlight the point, very few of these so called experts daren't go against the grain and challenge popular mainstream narrative. They all had them nailed on for everything after 10 wins at the beginning of the season.
The best thing about this for me is that the entire club has been structured with the end goal of getting Pep as manager. They've been planning and tapping for years and years. Putting his barca cronies in powerful positions in order to convince him to come. This is their shot at the big time, all of their eggs are in one basket. They are counting on pep to make them a real top club, one capable of winning the CL and playing fantastic football which blows the other teams away. So if this fails, where do they go from here? Everything they've been scheming towards will come to nothing and it'll be beautiful.
They're away to Everton next and then at home to Spurs and you think those games look winnable? It's not like they're playing Sunderland and Swansea at homeI do think we all need to calm down a bit though, including City fans. They are still 3 points ahead of us, and their next few premier league games look winnable. They are having a bit of a bad patch especially with Pep having a meltdown everytime he is interviewed. If the owners see sense they will keep Pep and I can see them spending a lot of money in the next two windows which is always a good way to stop problems at football clubs.
It's great seeing them in a mini turmoil though, considering how optimistic they were before the season started.
Plus they have Yaya's birthday coming, always a rough month for that club.I do think we all need to calm down a bit though, including City fans. Lol at this article. Calls City small time, and hints that Pep will be short term. Remember when everyone was criticising the Jose appointment for being short sighted, despite the fact Guardiola has never managed a team for more than 4 years?

Guardiola usually joins his teams during domination as well though, that's his trouble this time around. In fairness Guardiola usually leaves on his terms after domination. Mourinho usually leaves after full blown meltdowns and dressing room disarray.

Mourinho didn't leave Porto, Chelsea the first time or Inter in those circumstances. Real sure, but which manager doesn't there? Chelsea last year was certainly bizarre though.
He first left Chelsea after falling out with Roman.

And yeah, fair enough about Real. Basket case of a club.
Of course they'll spend a lot of money, but it'll probably be lots of panic buys. Its not exactly a secret that they're a small shithole Barca clone identity-less sugar daddy club, with a rapidly losing cred time bomb of a manager.I do think we all need to calm down a bit though, including City fans. And Jose's the first manager to fall out with Roman, eh?
.
Was about to say this. Also with no Fernandinho so 46 year old Yaya doing the pressing in midfield..They're away to Everton next and then at home to Spurs and you think those games look winnable? It's not like they're playing Sunderland and Swansea at home
The decision to sack Mancini was bizarre they played brilliantly under him and were frightening at times.
Pep dropped Aguero in firing form earlier in the season but got dropped for whatever reason. At Bayern, Pep insisted on FBs to play as central midfielders or 3 at the back or whatever when they can just play simple 4 at the back to bring out the best of his defenders. Not like it's the players' fault for defenders got confused and can't defend when being countedMancini had Kompany, Toure, Silva and Aguero all at their best. Pep would be walking the league with that team.
Doesn't excuse their shit transfer window however.
