Bluemoon goes into Meltdown

It's true - The Don is a rag.

Pogba, Matic, Lukaku, Martial, Valencia, De Gea and Rashford are all very good footballers. Add Sanchez to the mix and they have got a very good attack. They might not have the skill and fluidity that ours have, however they have the physicality that we don't.

Despite our dominance with the ball against United, in our 3 PL meeting with Pep and Mourinho in charge, they have been close affairs. They could have easily have snatched a draw at OT if Lukaku didn't have a mare.

Like others have pointed out, we are also going to strengthen and look to further the gap. But I'm not just going to ignore what they are capable of.
a draw? oke..

Pogba - No footballing brain, more interested in popularity than football will never be one of the best.
Matic - A shadow of his former self
Lukaku - A flat track bully, literally cannot score against a top 6 team if his life depended on it
Martial - Shit
Valencia - Older than time itself
De gea - Overrated camera pleasure with a fecking stupid top knot.
Rashford - Over hyped shit.

I know it's hard for people but they really shouldn't believe someone is good just because they're told to. The only reason people should be "afraid" of united is because they're lucky fecks constantly punching above their weight.
bloody hell, we are crap.

This thread has jumped a hundred fecking pages in 3 hrs and feck all has changed!

apart from the fact we just lost the player we have been chasing for almost 2 years now.

He got lucky last season with his cup draws, masked a shit season. We were poor too, but we look light years ahead of them now. I think his tactics are outdated, don’t think he will be beating us to the league while pep is here.
The problem is that they only have to improve their record against the lesser sides to compete with us and every top signing they make gives them a better chance of doing so.

I agree that his first season has been massively overrated by the EL win which must surely have been the easiest run in history but they are still our closest challengers this season and have improved.

That would be the typical rag move.

Watching others & trying to steal their publicity.

I don't care either way. I think we'll get someone better in the summer, if we don't sign him, but he would be very useful to have around now.
publicity??
I remember the zlatans here we'll win the league, then lukaku we'll win the league, now it's Sanchez there going to win everything blah blah blah, there just not worth talking about there that far behind us in terms of everything our clubs doing it's unreal
of course is it unreal. if I had that money I would look unreal.

I am not ignoring what they're capable of. You are ignoring what they are actually producing, and have produced for 4-5 years since Purple Nose departed.

They are in organizational shambles, just like a huge company whose megalomaniac founding CEO departs leaving no management infrastructure in his wake.

I've posted this multiple times on the rag thread. It is going to take them YEARS to catch up to us structurally. YEARS.

Sanchez definitely not coming. Sky just shown Agureo smiling ;)
Auba and Malcom are also available, if we lose out on Sanchez we still screw over Arsenal.
So that’s two world class players we’ve missed out on now this window. VVD and Sanchez. Losing out to Liverpool and the rags makes it worse.
whoever comes will be coming to the Champions of English football.
Both reigning and champions to be.
I absolutely think we will win the league next season as well.

Until I see a picture of him holding up a rag shirt with a gurning mourinho next to him I don't believe anything

99% of journalists know feck all. Attention seeking tweeters are just jokers and our "ITK's" have proven time an time again that they live in some fantasy world
Suppose it could always end up like it did for falcao at the rags(with a bit of luck).
400k a week should be more than enough to prevent him being Emmanuel Eboue so he’s taking it
Never wanted him, his family are all fat. He'll look like Mickey Quinn in 18 Month's.
I think its time thos whole thread was deleted. Let it go boys, let it go
He shouldn’t be on half of what De Bruyne earns.
Exactly. Its been handled brilliantly by us, pressure on Sanchez now. Money or success...hopefully
.
just letting the world know he’s gone for the money.

Game over

—————-End Thread ————-
With Sanchez think we would have a good shot at Champs league, without him or equivalent think we will come up short this season.

I think it’s a smart move all round by City to publicly “pull out of the race”
It tells the rest of the world, players and agents, that we won’t be held to ransom.
Sit back and see what happens.

i personally think that sanchez is the one holding this up as he still wants city but his agent wants the money? unfortunately a lot of south american players feel loyalty to the agent as when the player was starting out the agent took a chance on them and get them the contracts and better moves etc? this time round i geniunely think that sanchez is still trying to sort a move to us out
this.
Does make you wonder why he hasn't already signed for them, it's pretty obvious he's not keen on the idea yet the money on offer may swing him. Wouldn't surprise me if he doesn't go anywhere by weekend he'll sign for us on transfer deadline day, this will help arsenal as they will state they didn't have enough time to sign a replacement again

The club PR dept must do something like the "Welcome to Manchester" adverts just for a tongue in cheek dig..even at ourselves..."riches to rags"...or something similar?

You couldn't move for berties on here a few weeks ago, has the wifi gone down in Hazel Grove or what?

I refuse to believe that forum is a true reflection of their fan base.

When is Team Spirit making his debut? What position does he play?

I have a feeling Arsenal and agent want the Mikky/ Sanchez swap to happen, but Sanchez wants us... last day job I reckon...
Interesting....

As SFR Sports 1 in France are reporting a possible swap deal with Arsenal getting Batshuayi and some cash.

I guess no one really knows until it's done.
Oh please let that happen. I will laugh forever if that happens.
Wonder what would happen if Sanchez makes an apology call to Pep for his behaviour- would he forgive and sign him??
ey Pepino is me Dirty Sánchez,

It must still be 1970 on Blue Moon...

If anything it is Txiki and to an extent Pep who know f**k all about how embassing this whole saga looks on our clubs (just when we are finally winning the respect of pundits and other fans) as well as how much strength in depth we need to win the f**king Premier League, let alone the f**king Cups and and the f**king Champions League.

I mean for f**k sake this is not f**king La Liga where the big teams take it easy when it comes to beating anybody that is not Madrid (both clubs) or Barcelona and thus save their energy for the Champions League. This is the f**king Premier League where every team is going to give you a hard time and is out to get you. There is a good reason why we are the few sides to have done this well in the league to date, which also the same reason why we have been strugging to beat great and legendary teams such as Huddersfield, Southampton, West Ham, Crystal Palace, Leicester City, Wolves, West Brom and Bristol City (1) while it is also the same reason why we lost to Liverpool (2)

(1) With all due respect for those clubs, we should be convincingly beating all of them, after all we are no longer a mid table side any more.

(2) A team which has no defence, a lack of quality defenders and a thin (if excellent) attack. Reguardless we should not be losing to teams such as them.

Nope, just a passionate city fan who is telling the cold hard truth about how f**king hard it is to reach the f**king top, especially when every other clubs wants to keep you down whatever the cost.

If you are going to criticise what I have written here, it would be nice to here what exactly you think about each of the points I have made rather than use "In Txiki I trust" justification. I mean lets face it no one player, manager, executive or owner is above criticism and/or accountablity (especially when they f**k up in a siutation such as this one), now matter how good overall they are in the job (1).

Otherwise you end up with badly run clubs like ourselves in the past, Blackpool, Coventry, Leeds, Newcastle United, Arsenal and Manchester United.

(1) Reguardless of their bottling over this, they still have a very good record overall both here and at Barcelona. However even the best tend to make mistakes...

With all due respect to both men, when they have won mutiple quadruples while playing league that has more than 3 strong teams in, then I would less unhappy about this saga. The fact is that they still underestimate what it takes to win the quadruple in a league that is tough and hard to dominate likes ours. Otherwise they would have signed a hell of a lot more WC players (including Sanchez) than they have done of late and we would have not have got Nolito and Bravo in the process.

I certainly know what club I am at, it is certainly not the Arsenal of the North nor the laughing stock of Manchester. That is why I am moaning so much.
Deary me, where the feck did you pop up from?
He's a rag **** acting like a rag ****. He's been taking digs at us all day and thinks we haven't noticed.. I'm surprised he hasn't been fecked off yet. Can't be long now.
He's now popped off
Well done, he was beginning to grate.
Pinged from early doors nobody with blue blood spells rags with a capital U.
What a twat.
What a fecking Rag twat masquerading as a blue.

As a banned ex-Bluemoon poster I can categorically say that most of the regulars and mods on there are arrogant know-nowt clowns who invent ITK posters for hits and clicks. It's a mainly right-wing, racist cesspit of fantasists and if, like me you go against the grain you're permabanned without explanation. Most of the decent, fair minded blues have been banned off there and if you dare criticise the club you join the growing list of the banned.
Thought Ped didn't like Franco very much,.. Does he know of this?

then they posted this:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...is-Sanchezs-agent-deserves-penny-10m-cut.html (sorry if not alowed to post, will delete it if not allowed)
and they went
WTF !!!!!!........
‘Kin ell, that’s a bit off message for the mail isn’t it! Decent read, cheers for posting.
fecking incredible the way they'really trying to spin that in a positive light... imagone what they'd be like if we were paying that!
I
'll paraphrase: Well done to his agent in lining his own pocket by getting Sanchez to forgo his dream footballing move
Think Samuels is saying if Sanchez agent can screw the scum for that much he does deserve every penny.
I love to read Samuel's column apart from any reference to Moureen , who he loves and defends to the hilt.

I read it differently. He's sarcastically applauding the agent for getting Sanchez to chase the dollar. And why cause it lines his pockets...
Course he is. He is highlighting how the agent deserves his cut because he has managed to change a players mind from signing from a club in the ascendancy, with a manager he enjoys working with to a club who is second choice so the agent gets his fat cut.

I refuse to believe that forum is a true reflection of their fan base.
I think it is when they’re all together in the stew of bitterness and anger that is BlueMoon. Take them out of that situation and talk to the man on the street and there’s no way they behave and talk like that in the real world.

I think this is what most of us on here thought, anyway. Nice to see it clarified, though.
I've said it before and many, many others have said it before but there is no way that forum represents proper City supporters.

Unfortunately, the ones I know are pretty well represented by it. Totally obsessed with United and wilfully ignorant about being the equivalent of an FM cheat.

I can assure you it isn't, as i said in an earlier post it use to be a great place, good posters, decent mods, now its a fecking shame what's happened to it. Ric has just taken his eye off the ball and unfortunately you can see what happens.

Yeah there's no way most City fans could be so pissed off and angry like that all the time, most of you guys still must be on cloud nine with the way your fortunes have turned in the last ten years.

You’re not allowed an objective discussion on blueloon, if you do - you’re a rag!

Ps - also, half of them are animals the way the conduct themselves.

The Ballade of Pep Guardiola

Whilst his Merrye Man City club have been heaped with praise, few have been given access to the inner man, the quiet genius that is Pep Guardiola. So it was with a hushed reverence and supplicant bowing that I was finally allowed behind the scenes to meet the great man himself.

Others might have picked their office, or the gym, or the heaving trophy cabinet for such an interview, but not the one some have called the Robin hooded Catalan!

To the gentle strains of a mediaeval madrigal we met in a secluded wood near Manchester and through the misty haze of smoke that seemed to make his features even more chiselled, I listened to the great man speaketh….

“you know it’s not about money or glory or trophies….I’m here to educate and help people be better people” said the shiny headed prophet. “Do you know when Kyle Walker arrived, he knew nothing of the songs of Merry Englande, and had to be taught the difference between a Lute and a Lyre – shocking!”

As the great man speaks he absent-mindedly binds two vines together to create a rudimentary rope which he effortlessly then forms into the shape of 2 swans passing a ball back and forth.

He speaks eloquently for some 10 minutes, putting right the wrongs of Football in England, suggesting a cheap and simple reform of the distribution of wealth and land rights, as well as offering a home to the oft forgotten King Richard, for so long, lost to foreign lands.

His Merrye band gradually join us, hanging off his every word….”look at this man there…my “little John” Stones – we have worked together to make him a better player, not just bought him a bigger staff or surrounded him with lots of others to defend the wood from the evil Sheriiff!”

His team grew tense at the mention of the Sheriff Mourinho and the conversation soon moves onto a different subject. “Here we nurture the group, we offer fresh air, good food, a fruit based vitamin drink that is totally above board and I’ll take you to the Court of Arbitration for Sport if you disagree and the chance to truly express yourself as a merrye man!”

But what of those that say the backing of club by Moorish forces beyond these shores represents a threat to the nation and that they have suspect practices in the building of their castles, halls and football stadia?

A strange calm comes over him, like a monk in prayer and he responds “This criticism of the owners of the Merrye Men is unjust and racist. These simple farmers of the land have placed their faith and oil in me to bring glory to the band. We will ensure they never hear the word No or are not able to buy the swiftest horse in the land or another left back.”

“What about those that have left the merry band such as Will Scar-Hart – were they not merry?”

Again, bathed in serenity and showing no anger the great leader responds…”I consider that a goalkeeper should be a wandering minstrel…touring the land to bring music, laughter and clearing out the last third of the pitch as a sweeper, not just staying in the woods stopping arrow shots!”

I hesitate before asking my final question as I want to spend more time in this beautiful man’s presence….”So what do you say to those who say you are a lucky outlaw; who inherited a great team in the land of Aragon, then again in the Germanic lands of the holy roman empire and have spent legion of silver ducket and gold doubloon to assemble a merrye band of mercenaries here in olde Englande!”

A single tear traces down his manly stubble and he shakes his head….”No…No….it’s not about the money…..it’s all about the glory….the majesty…..the echoing sound of a half full wood of people cheering the band on...in memory of this great man!” and at that point he reaches down and from his hairy but well-groomed chest he produces a heart shaped locket that he carefully places on a simple wooden stool with gold plated handles…”this man knew what it was all about….he is our inspiration!”

He leaves the clearing, clearly emotionally moved. With a shaking hand I reach out and pick it up, noting the inscription on the front. ”Our #10” I open it to reveal… a faded picture of Shaun Goater and cry bitter tears of regret for having ever questioned the great man’s genius!
A charming tale indeed, but didn’t you hear that Arse of the Arse robs the rich to help the poor, and leads the Merry Men. The one with the Pep in his step is Friar Tuck. Klipp Klopp, here comes the Sheriff

I looked at it once. Only like 5 posts per page, what's that about?

Bluemoon reads like if everyone who comments on sportsbible's Facebook posts signed up to one forum.

Their biggest ‘victory’ all season is going to be, paying a player a ludicrous sum of money, far more than his status on world football demands and thus proving that they’re the number one destination for players after a pay day not trophies. The funny thing is, they still don’t see the irony there.

Mercenaries United.

Are the Berties that thick that they don't understand what the word irony means?? Feck me!

Ahem ! No capital in rag !

Please call them rags on here or feck off back to rawk:-)
