Most on their have deluded themselves into thinking he joined us purely down to the fact that we've offered a better financial package. The view on there is that he was theirs but they couldn't get the numbers to work. This all falls down due to the fact that they had £100 Mill burning a hole in their pocket due to the Kane deal collapsing.

You have the sheer jubilation of the situation, leading into Rio's tweet, the fear dawning on them, accusing each other of being undercover 'rags', some even calling each other out to the loacal park for a scrap
Honestly phychologists could study that thread for years to come.
Also reading those 1000 pages really gives you an insight into how so many of them literally hate us more than anything else, inclduing their own club, and what signing a player like Ronaldo could of done for them at a time where they have no actual recognized striker.
