He was bought as a striker. His usefulness will always be judged in terms of goals. He has shown his ability to pass and be part of a team.

All that is good even great. But his job is surely to score goals.

No because if Barça draw and Pool olny win 1-0, all three will have taken the same number of points off each other, so it will then come down to goal difference - which will see Roma and Barça go through. If Barça or Gala win however, the 1-0 will do them!

Meaning if it stays as it is now, the tie breaker will be between the three, who will all come out equal on that! Then it would go to goal difference where they would loose out.

If the other is not a draw, and the Pool only win 1-0, the tie breaker will only be between them and Roma, and they would take 4 and Roma 1 - they would go through!
