Speaking of those legends, and to change the subject a little bit, what does everyone think about 3-4 years from now when all those vital pieces of the team will either be retired or over their prime? Yeah, we have some extrememly positive youngsters, but they need plenty of time to be taught what it really means to be a part of United. I'm sure 5 years from now the likes of Kleb, C. Ron, Ruud (at the tale end of his career) and whomever else is brought in will be the new "Galacticos" and ruling Europe. Then again, maybe not...we could turn into the recent Liverpool with all their "talent in the making" that will follow in the footsteps of their great predecesors. Anyone heard much of Robbie "sniff a line" much in the last few years? Didn't think so.
