I don't see why you would entertain such nonsense. Rodgers has always been a better manager than Solskjaer, you just have to recognise that this is our club's forum unfortunately some are blinded.
He is an average manager.
One very season good at Liverpool but in the others he couldnt even mount a decent challenge to top 4. Hopeless in European football. Couldn't get out of his CL group and made no impact in the Europa league.

His work with Swansea was fairly brilliant. Managed to get Swansea promoted to the top flight in his first season via the playoffs, and then despite being the heavy favourites to be relegated in their maiden season, Swansea came 11th. That was with Danny fecking Graham leading the line.

It's very strange. They've all got a chip on the shoulder.I hate how once a person had any association with Liverpool some people here will do everything to discredit him. He is 10 times the manager Ole is.
Clearly a good coach and definitely one of the best in the league. Gets all his teams playing a good brand of football and gets the best our of exciting players. Real David Brent type person though and ex Liverpool manager.
One of these bad traits I could maybe look beyond, not both of them though. Hope he stays away.

I don't think he would be accepted as a united manager, however he is a very good manager and has a good Leicester team at the moment. He has really improved Maddison and has given Barnes, Choudhary and Soyuncu a chance and they seem to be impressing. They have a few players who would improve our squad... Maddison, Chilwell, Pereira and maybe even Ndidi.
Where did I mention Ole? He has nothing to do with Rodgers.

Leicester fans, and fans of other clubs, are simply pointing out the hypocrisy of some of the views on here.
Maguire is worth £80 million because 'he is better than what we have' was a point made by many.
Yet Rogers should not be replacing the 'Below average Ole', because Rogers is only 'average'......But by using the Maguire logic, he is better than what you have, no?
Then you're telling Liverpool fans that Maguire cannot be compared to Van Dijk.
Why?
Because you realise that once again, in the post-Fergie era, Liverpool have trumped yourselves?
The Maguire/Van Dijk transfers are perhaps the most comparable transfers of all time, and Liverpool have clearly got a far far better deal. Signing a better player, and genuine World Class player, for a lesser fee.
The digs towards the fans of these clubs pointing out these issues are laughable.
These may be smaller clubs than Manchester United, but they have ambition and the attitude of striving towards being a bigger club.
Not signing a player/manager/coach because he is ex Liverpool/Man City etc, whilst giving an ex player with no experience the job of manager, is the definition of 'Small club mentality'.

As I said earlier he's a very good manager and extremely underrated.
His comedy soundbites and general vilification as an ex-Pool boss detract from the fact that he’s a decent manager and he’s definitely got Leicester looking good for breaking into the top6
If we are going young and british , hope that gets applied to manager as well . He is probably better than most of the young options that's being suggested here.

They were awful at Old Trafford, saved by VAR against Spurs (should have lost) and are beating arguable the worst team in the league who are down to ten men.
They are obviously a good team, but let's not be talking as if they're the Milan team of the early 90s. I still reckon they'll finish 7th when all's said and done.

Well, it will also emphasise something Leicester players don't have to deal with.. Every team plays at 120% against United.
Something else players from clubs like Leicester find difficult when they sign for big clubs.
I think their squad is overrated here. However they do have a good manager. I think he'd not be out of place at any of the big 4/5 sides. Obviously at City and Liverpool he would be a step down.
People can laugh all they want but I would take him here in a heartbeat. He’s in a different stratosphere than Ole. I get that he’s often derided over his past antics and rightly so as some of it was cringe but he’s definitely toned that nonsense down.
His Leicester team look well capable of top 4 this season albeit only because Spurs, United and co. look off the pace. Credit to him, he's recovered well from throwing away a PL title.

The contrast between how he handled being fired by Liverpool and how Moyes handled himself since getting fired by united tells all you need to know about both men.
I make enough fun of Rodgers but he's a very good manager who could have won a title if not for Gerrard.
