Friday, genuine answer. When did they stop using the figure during the campaign? Genuine question.

They rose because the devaluation of the pound meant that suddenly it became a good investment again. But they're jittery, and as soon as it starts to go down it will go down fast.
But when the time came for Vote Leave to flesh out their plan in precise terms, the figure was £100m. Or do you deny that?

Can't see anyone willingly triggering the exit and the longer it's left like that the likelihood of an exit becomes less IMO. I expect there to be some bargaining and we will stay.
alex salmond asking some decent questions to be fair to him.
We'll see if that is the case. Even if the markets suffer a big drop, it won't herald the apocalypse. As you say, they're jittery - because they're uncertain. There'll be plenty of uncertainty between now and the end. Fasten your seat belts - it's going to be a bumpy ride.
When was this then Nick? Because I could swear this says £350m. But I'm more than willing to bow to you superior wisdom on how it is actually made very clear that the figure is £100m.You do, fine.
It also seems to be the case that the Treasury can quite brazenly mislead the electorate in its campaigning, but a win for Remain on those terms would have perfectly legitimate. The hypocrisy being displayed is remarkable, if not quite surprising.

Got any proof of this?
If you go on the Vote Leave website their bloody thank you message to those that voted for it has a background image of a pledge of £50 million a day to the NHS.

I think Cameron has played a blinder here, dropped Boris and friends right in the proverbial.
Cameron is still Prime Minister. He is staying on until the new one steps in; during the meantime, it should be his job to at least try to show a fecking interest in all of this. Boris and his bunch are utter bastards as well for not thinking this out and not coming up with any sort of plan, too, of course, but if Cameron isn't interested in at least trying to fix this mess then he should be out on his arse right at this very moment. What a bunch of utterly incompetent shitebags. I genuinely think if you featured this in a series of The Thick of It the show would've been cancelled for jumping the gun.
Another one for Nick if he fancies it:
Note that this was posted on the day of the vote.
Cant think of him without thinking of the Stewart Lee routine on himPaul Nuttall is such a monumental cockend.
I am no Cameron fan. We wouldn't be in this cesspit if we werent for him. However you cant blame him for not ending his career being remembered as the one who pushed Britain's self destruction button. Boris campaigned for the leave campaign let him take the flak

To say there is no mandate for a new Scottish referendum is absolute bollocks.
Oh look, another one from exactly one week later.I posted this in the original EU Ref thread on June 16th
I want to move to Scotland as a result of this in the short-term.
The SNP > every UK politician right now.
How can people take UKIP seriously?
The English telling what Scotland and its people should do. Very ironic after their taking back control rhetoric.
If he doesn't want to deal with this at all then he shouldn't be Prime Minister right now. Boris will deal with it; Cameron has a duty to at least try until then.
I fecking love Salmond's trolling.![]()

I'd vote for Sturgeon today, everyone else has lost credibility sadly.
