Bundesliga 13/14

I'm not sure if it was Lewa trying to get Zambrano sent off or the latter diving whole game with any contact and then elbowing Lewandowski off the ball that was the cnut to be fair.

You could see that everybody was pissed off at him, Kehl, Schmelzer, Großkreutz all gave him shit at some point. ( I like Lewandowski so I'm surely a bit biased, mind )

There was a short replay a couple of minutes later that showed the scene from a different angle, and Zambrano did nothing with his elbow. The way i saw it, Lewa was running after him, Zambrano stopped his run a bit to block him, and Lewa made a drama of it.

Bayern sign a deal with Insurance company Allianz as third part-owner. The deal is worth 110 Mio €. As the FC Bayern AG's capital gets increased in the same move, Adidas, Audi and Allianz now each own 8,33% of the shares. The money will most likely be used to pay the remaining rates for the clubs Allianz Arena, freeing an additional 20-30 Mio per year.

Put 2€ on Hamburg tonight. :D
There's always the possibility of a completely fecked up team getting it together for one big game, but I don't think there's even the slightest chance today with the Braunschweig game coming up and the whole club talking about Magath coming in before the weekend. Maybe, if there was a special bond between manager and team, but somehow I doubt any of the players cares about van Marwijk. It could get really really ugly today, imo. They should have made a decision ahead of the game today.

Also there are rumours that Magath will work for free and only will receive a bonus payment of one million Euro at the end of the season, if the club stays in the Bundesliga. I miss Magath, he's a massive idiot and I really dislike him, but he's still entertaining, would love to see him ridiculing journalists while drinking tea at press conferences and watching Hamburg go down with Magath as the manager would be even sweeter.

What the feck was Tah doing there . Still, brilliant by Götze, Mandzukic scores. 1-0 now after 22 minutes.

Hoffenheim - Wolfsburg 2-3, Ricardo Rodriguez scored two penalties, then was sent off after two yellow cards.
Leverkusen - Kaiserslautern 0-0 after 90 minutes, extra time starting now.

/edit:
Dante scores a header after a corner, 2-0 now, could get ugly for Hamburg. They play very very strange.

Leverkusen bottled it, as usual. 0-1 after extratime against Kaiserslautern. They really should start to fight for the cup, if they want to make the next step and loosing at home against a 2. Bundesliga team shouldn't happen. Their feck-ups in the German cup in recent years are embarrassing.

Kroos with a brilliant assist to Robben for Bayern's 3rd. It looks like we're not pushing for it, but still more than 30 minutes to go, a few more goals are certainly possible. Uwe Seeler talked at halftime and he's such a nice person, he's really the only one I feel sorry for, if Hamburg gets relegated this season.

/edit:
Götze  - another assist to Mandzukic, 0-4 now

Well they gotta lose a game again some day - my money was on Nürnberg last weekend. Tonight was another unexciting win. Strange how they can win 5-0 and give the impression to have played at maybe 70%. Hope they find the next gear against Arsenal next week.

I'm a bit worried about that as well.

Draw for the cup semifinals:
Bayern - Kaiserslautern
Dortmund - Wolfsburg

Semifinals German cup:

Munich - Kaiserslautern
Dortmund - Wolfsburg

Both favourites with home games. Given that I expected a game for us at the Allianz, I´m pleasantly surprised.

Diego Contento assist, Dante goal. 1:0 Bayern at 20 minutes. I'm expecting a 4:0.

Lasogga is back in the starting line-up for Hamburg and scored what could be one of the most important goals in the history of the club, they lead 1-0 in Braunschweig now.

Shaqiri  .. and I love Pizarro. If he wasn't such a lazy bastard earlier in his career, he could have been amazing.

Stunner from Shaqiri. Literally, the goalkeeper did not see it. 2:0.
I'll update my prediction to 5:0.

Shaqiri again, 3:0 at 42 minutes. Assist from Toni Kroos, great one at that.

Ohh, almost 3 Lewandowski. Ridiculous the quality of counters though that was pretty much a free run.

Assist for first Aube's goal was sheer class, tidy pass past 3 defenders.

Seems like BVB is hitting some nice form just before CL :nervous:

Pains me to see when teams score goals for fun and we labour through each and every match. Oh well, times will change, soon I hope.

Pretty boring game now, still 3-0. I'm actually thinking about switching to the Hamburg game.

Am watching the dortmund game. Love watching them play. Exactly how I wish we(United) played.

Well let's all hope that Klopp one day decides he wants to manage Manchester United.

Oh and of course we are smart enough to hire him. ;)

I do. But I just cant see him leaving for the next few years. He'd be my 1st choice if I could pick anyone.

Pizarro with a good goal. It's not really a solo effort, but it showed a lot of individuality. "He makes a good run, skips past defenders and smashes the ball from the edge of the box past the diving goalkeeper. His low drive went into the bottom left corner of the goal. Absolutely phenomenal goal." seems a bit over-the-top.

Anyways, 4:0. Come on, one more. Oh well, game over 4:0. Routine win, not really a fan of the play this season when they kill off matches.
