Celtic v Man Utd

Heard rumours that Ruud might get a game. I hope he does as it will surely be his last in the red.

Me too, Lower North Stand (the old Jungle) Not sure how many of the first choice will be on show but hopefully enough to put on a performance. Celtic may have quite a strong side out as the SPL starts this Saturday.
 
I think Sir Alex has already stated that the World Cup players won't play until the Amsterdam Tournament.
Am I right?

if your right then more 90 mins of torture watching fletcherinho play, i was so so happy when he was out the team last season. fletcher out coincided with our winning streak.

Yes you are right.. rooney etc where only back to training on monday while cristiano silvestre and saha wont be back in till next monday

Saha and Silvestre have to be really exhausted after the World Cup.

Hopefully... although I fully expect Fletcher to be exceptionally shite throughout the game. Richardson will also surely start the game in the expense of either Martin og Gibson.

Do well to get a result with that team. I'd much rather have Scholes in midfield as well, however I can't see who else from that squad who can partner Rossi.
 
I'd rather have anyone on the right than Eagles. If you think Miller tends to be invisible, Eagles' ability to disappear in a game would give Harry Houdini a run for his money....Were he not dead.

If he disappears he at least won't be passing the ball to an opponent all day like a certain someone who will probably start on the right wing.

I am by no means a Fletcher fan, but I have no problem saying that he is twice the player Eagles is.
 
Could any Yanks tell me if this game will be available there? Some fecking Setanta or sth?
 
I hope Jones get picked ahead of Fletcher. Fletcher had the chance and he failed to make use of it, now its Jones's turn.

He's a complete headless chicken.

Jones is superb and never gets a chance. Surely he's going to get frustrated and start looking for move.....big talent to let slip through your fingers.
