Osaka have been great but we're playing the weather as much as the opponents. Good fitness workout, and that's most important.

True. It's also worth noting, i suppose, for people worrying about Arsenal and Chelsea thrashing everyone they're playing, that they're still facing national league XIs (Indonesia XI, Malaysian XI etc), which are significantly worse than top Japanese teams like Osaka and Yokohama

Anyone worrying about our pre season results wants to get a reality check.

It's been great for Lingard, Januzaj and Zaha. I'd imagine for Keane as well. It's about getting up to speed. Nobody will remember these results come August. They serve a purpose and that is it.

Zaha looks like he's going to foul everyone in his remote vicinity every time he's near the ball.

We need more replays of Shinji's goal.

Fair enough, just used to the relentless criticism at any opportunity!

Fair enough. I can see how it could have been read like that. Danny is work in progress. He still has alot to learn and, with a bit of luck, will improve composure in front of goal.

I'm not really watching this, I'm supposed to be working ;) just flicking in & out. pretty much every time I watch for a few seconds there is a replay of the Kagawa goal & then a shot of him sitting on the bench.

Also, I know it's essentially only a training exercise, but it'd be still nice to win the odd game of football, wouldn't it?

Our shirts don't look sweaty & uncomfortable at all. Thanks, Nike.
