It's more a matter of maturity, really. Dortmund are bad at the back, but they're too hit and miss offensively as well. Monaco are more clinical. More ready at this level imhoMonaco are well-capable of playing you off the park, plus Borussia are very weak at the back.
But yeah, at the end of the day, an offside goal and an own goal from a player that barely played this season due to injury, less than 24 hours after an attempt on their lives which left them their first choice CB in the hospital
